Even my refunds all hang down there, both Ass-Ai-Eh & See-Coot really shitty in their refunds as some past trips hanging there since Jan till now & no news despite me calling & emailing them..... fastest is still Jetstar but vouchers valid 6 months nia nia, how to use when I already booked all my trips 1 year in advance

All thanks to that Chao Cheebye Cockroachland that started this Wuhan virus still going around spreading fake news everywhere & tokking Bird Language to those cuntries with high infection rates

I also have a ticket to BKK earlier this month, waiting for refund.

The KrisFlyer customer service replied that due to the immense volume of flights being cancelled, and customers cancelling their trips....

It will take time for them to process the refunds.

Am still waiting for the refund, even though already submitted the request quite a while back.

eh tell you hor...you may have chance to fly Vietnam....they are planning to welcome back tourists...their e-Visa resumption soon...quick go read Vietnam news....

I had 4 flights with SIA cancelled for travel between Apr - Jun.
Luckily for me all those tickets were booked using Krisflyer points.... all my Krisflyer points were refunded in full.
Maybe they have trouble refunding to those customers that used cash.

Unless you planning on going one-way trip...... not worth 2-way trip coz will kenna SHN when return to SGP and worse part is neither the Gahmen nor Insurance will not pay your medical bills if kenna Covid19 because of the trip.

Tell you hor, the main reason is actually not the so-called "immense" amount of cancellations or refunds so that they need more time, given what kind of immediate electronic transfers & seamless cashless systems we have nowadays

The real reason is becos they have to staggered all monetary refunds so that their cashflow is not severely affected, imagine within few days refund everybody means their cashflow will be severely negative for that month & they still need to pay all their operating costs thats why those using points or vouchers are refunded immediately as this does not affect their cashflow at all......essentially a smart business decision

I really hope they reconsider their plan to open up to sooooooo many cuntries at 1 time, cos its damn risky as some of those cuntries have problems now controlling their infection numbers

Sinkie still not too bad as althou the numbers looks big but majority are still within the expected workers dormitories mega clusters and external infections are still in he 1 digit zone
