Talking about 48sgd return ferry ticket, I am getting return ticket for 34 sgd wavemaster (sekupang or batam center terminal) or pacific 38 (sekupang or batam center terminal).

You may buy such ticket from money changer counter at BCS mall.

A short FR.

Ferry
Went to Batam via harbour bay this weekend.
Book with prima ferry rates at 48 SGDm you can also book online. Below the website

Upon reach Harbour bay, went to the ticket office and book a ticket back.
The return ticket counter can be access once you exit out from the custom, walk straight, ocne oyu see the coffee town, turn left and walk straight and you shall see it.

Hotel.
GGI, book via agoda 50 SGD with break fast.
Bread fast was great can fight with farmosa and room is clean (cause just open nia ma)

Alishan KTV.
Once check in i straight ago back to harbour bay mall and take a bike 10k to farmosa hotel. Alishan is located inside the hotel 4th floor.

Reach there small room still available so manage to get a room.
Room - 70K per hour
Girls - 200K for the night.
Beer - 50K per can, buy 4 get 2 free.
Tips for girls up to you range from 100 +++++++++

There is toilet in the room and my friend manage to screw one girl in the toilet.

Second, planning a trip based on a short report of 7 years before (you link a report dated 2006?? ) is out of logic. Batam did change a lot since then.
