I also always put facts into my cock talking here, my company have our own regular money changers and because of operation cost we need to change big amount so we always get better than the common or over the counter exchange rates. It’s the same logic when you buy something in lose and bulk mah…
FYI, 2 days before 8700,one of my friends got something close to 8800 and I quickly went to change some for my personnel use but only managed to get 8700

the exchange rates are more or less the same from the shops (not malls)..your friends, for reasons known to them, may offer higher rate to you...
