My only solution to help answer your questions is by asking you to 1st read my signature link for some basic knowledge on Batam.

Its the Ramadan Month from 18th June to 17th July. Nearly everything a normal person knows about Batam changes during this period when it comes to Massage,overnight booking girls and KTV/Pubs/Disco. So,it is not easy task to really answer your questions in 2 versions unless you are more specified with dates you plan to go.Example,joints open from 11am normally,but during Ramadan month,it can open as late as 7pm-8pm. Some massage shop may be close and open later,same for KTV/Pubs and disco too. Big joints may have 30+ girls normally but when you get there,who knows you may only see less than 10. It is just not-so normal during this period of time. Do try a bit of reading on the last 50-100 pages for a start if you are sincerely seeking answers.

Atalanta Spa special service is excluded from ALL and any packages (if you are referring to the 250k normal package).

If you take the normal room package,i dont know if they will offer you special service becos your cubicle will be separate by just curtain and wont be inside a room where there is a separate wall partition. If you want your own room,the choice is the VIP package which cost 370k/1.5 hour. It is afterall the most expensive Spa/Massage in Batam.

In my last Batam trip,we actually have a small joke when we go to a particular massage parlour with curtain partition cubicle. We were joking that if we took up special service there and had a HJ by the girl,and if we ejacuate too strongly,the ejacuation might just hit the next door cubicle's customer since there is an small opening at the very top of the curtain...lol. Dont worry too much about it,this is just a joke,and the hit rate is gonna be very very ultra low,hehehe...

You can still go tho,if your intention is to go for scenery sightseeing.Otherwise I suggest you follow bro Super Fat's date and/or if really you die die MUST go during Ramandan month,go with Yoshirux or around his date.

By the way,not all is bad during 2nd July,which happens to be the number 15 day of the Ramandan month in Batam. At least i can guarantee the exchange rate is going to be super good,hehehe. Well,we all know the reason why it will be super good.

takes longer time to fly there la,bro. Ferry only 45min to btm. plane needs to go early,get thru check in etc.Come home also faster, more time consuming to go by plane. Jakarta also have more hungry police.

Hmm...i wonder,if there is any other Wan Tan mee/Bak Chor mee like those that of Bai Long (penuin market) ,Bei long (a2 Food court) , Meximo Pub nearby shop or Hotel Instar coffee shop?

The thing about Batam's Wan Tan Mee is,i can only find 2 shops in Sillypore that come close to it in terms of good tasting. One of them is the Zhen Ben (or was it Ben Zhen) Wan Tan Mee that has many branches in Sillypore which originated in Malaysia. The other one is Fei Fei Wan Tan Mee in Joo Chiat. But in Batam,i pay less than half the price with a bigger portion of a good tasting mee,hehehe....

As according to my taste bud :

Best Wan Tan Mee/Bak Chor Mee : Its all of the below as i cannot find a single one that is below my benchmark for BEST.

a. Meximo Pub area's Wan Tan Mee

b. Hotel Instar Coffee shop's Wan Tan Bak Chor Mee

c. Bai Long's Wan Tan Bak Chor Mee in Penuin Wet Market

d. A2 Food court's Bei Long Wan Tan Mee

Best Bak Kut Teh : Mickey Mouse and Harbour Bay Terminal

Worst Bak Kut Teh : Nagoya Hill Mall 2nd floor where the Red Crab restaurant is.

Best Char Siew Rice : Indo Rasa Food Court

Worst Char Siew Rice : None yet

Best Chicken Rice : Budi Siang Malam at Penuin (yes! They are the best!)

Worst Chicken Rice : Astro Food Court

These are the food i ate on a daily basis and after comparing them with more than 3 to 4 stores which are selling the nearly exact same thing. I also compare them base on the nearly same hunger level i have and the time of the day i ate their food.

From the look of the Momo shop Mee,it sure look like the one at Meximo pub Wan Tan Mee,hehehe....totally appetizing!
