Yo bro, of course i know lah because I am a regular over there. I have been there 4 times this year. There is no cctv in the rooms. Among these 4 times over there, I bonked 2 different gals and CIP. But there's a disadvantage there. There is no toilet in the ktv so will need to go to the mall's toilet to wash yourself if necessary.

Definitely not cheaper than budget hotel. But good thing is you don't need to show any ID. Another good thing is you can moan as loud as you want because all the noises will be covered over by the songs & music.
