She had intended to run away and seek help.

The defence case is that the oral sex was consensual and the maid was a willing party.

But after a five-day trial, District Judge Hamidah Ibrahim convicted him after finding that there was no consent on the part of the maid.

Ahmad could have been jailed for up to 10 years and fined for the offence.

I think the Cisco officer got charged because he did not have proof to support his claim that the maid was consensual. For me, I always have proof. Like a video or sms of the maid agreeing to have sex with me. Just in case they decided to cry rape.

Also, I still think the man would still get charged for having oral sex. Remember, oral sex must be followed by actual sex in order for it to be lawful.
