From what I know, MOST joints will be closed from 5-7pm for dinner break. Girls will start coming in from 7-8pm.

Actually, you can try around 1pm.
But not much gers.
What you see are the day shift gers.
After 6pm is better, as the day and evening shift combine.
Sometimes, early bird can catch bigger worm.

You can try to look for mami lilies.

Just tell her you are Ah Long's friend will do.
Maybe you KTV there can get more discount as I am a VIP card holder there.

No such thing as dinner break one la. The ceweks OTOT makan one la. But some ang pais are allowed to start work at 7pm WIB instead of the usual 11am WIB.
