It's not a nitpicking by any means coz some bros like this kind and want to experience this same level of commercial consistency with every visit, that is exactly why some MLs trained themselves to be this category of service provider.

For me, I prefer my ML to have more personality in interactions and behaviour. That is ultimately my own determination factor for RTM. Coz I know everytime I visit the interactions will not be the ML following the " service 101" guidebook. That is just my personal preference anyway

A ML having this ability plus high performance standards will definitely make her a legend. And thankfully, there are a few here currently.

But to be honest, through the years, I have met quite a few of these MLs, but most of them were not APs. Because not being the most popular MLs gave them room and time to forge more genuine ties, give more genuine interaction.
