Much sooner I imagine. Sg opening travel lanes and bubbles. Countries like Vietnam and China mentioned. Some "returnee" PRC MLs already in WC says "see you next month". Cross fingers.

Agents in China already start accepting applications for work passes. Not sure if they're jumping the gun or have some insider news.
