Again I think a lot has been said of this topic. Personally I haven’t never felt any hygiene issue, and thoroughly enjoyed my time with her, but then again I may not be that OCD compared to the rest.

Eh, bro, not to be rude, but this is very WK kinda defending and should not be the reason or excuse not to clean up properly.

I zhut so many NNP, but most if not all also no have this issue. Don’t see any feedback from bros zhut-ing XX, LL, JJ, TT, KK NNP right?

Anyway, I don’t think the stale saliva smells mainly come from her body, it’s also likely all the stale saliva on the bed towels or the pillow case after the cat bath from either current session or more likely previous session.
So the first few bros of the day or after she change the towels/case may not feel it.

I think it’s important that ML clean up everytime with face towel+abit of soap. You're also correct to say that one's mouth cleaniness is very important, personally i use listerine before and after the deed. Also make sure my regular is honest with how my mouth smells. Point here is if this issue affects you then don't visit her, she lost some business and you get to save your money for another girl.
