personally, I never tried Juagen b4, I think it's more or less the same thing, but a real manhood therapy or lingam shall not involved in ejaculation on the spot.

Yes, the purpose is to prolong ejaculation(especially on controlling on your PC muscle, learnt from book one hehe) and enlarging your didi size and length, I heard. So far I haven't seen any results as I only visited her once lor. Think we need at least 3 months to see significant results
