The above is a bit different, and was asked by the lady to her man, but I thinkl it is just as applicable the other way round.

It was actually something my tirak asked me (in female version of course) when I met her (I had already known her for 8 months as a good friend, and communicating very often) after I broke up with some else. Well she got me thinking really hard about the possiilitities and I ended up asking myselkf "why not?" and decided to get to know her better - the rest is history.

Whats there to console? When you are in it, expect the worst and pray for the best.
