Dental visit in Bangkok

Has anybody been to dental clinics in BKK for your regular polishing and scaling ?

How is the price compared to Singapore ?

I notice a dental clinic between Robinson Ratchada and Palazzo Hotel. Quite clean looking. Has anybody tried that before ?

Are they certs Certified or from Khao San?

No offence. Their country medical accreditation is not as good as Singapore's.

I do my dental in BKK, not in Singapore.

I patronised the one at Vibhavadi Hospital. Prices is good, quality of service also good.

When u want an extraction, see an oral surgeon not a normal dentist in BKK.

I went for an extraction, the dentist while working on me was on the phone with the surgeon who was on leave that day !. He was asking for advise !.
The price was not too expensive when compared to Singapore. The clinic was very upmarket. And by appointment only. Located somewhere in Sukhumvit odd number sois, near Emporium Shopping Centre.

An infection resulted. And i had to have oral surgery in KL that cost me Ringgit 980.00. The KL surgeon poked a needle into one of my veins in my hand and got me knocked out. The surgery lasted 3 hours.

Never will i ever visit a dentist in bkk again !.

In my opinion, the best dental clinic in Bangkok is Thantakit Dental Center. They have several clinics in Bangkok, so do a website search. I've been there many times for teeth cleaning and cosmetic procedures. I'm from Hawaii and they are just as good as dentist in Hawaii. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. I don't know about Singapore dentistry but dentists from Thantakit Dental Clinics are excellent! No wonder, whenever I smile, all the pretty girls in Bangkok calls me Mr. James Bond!
