Seriously u don't need so much gimmicks to get a work out.

Go buy a 25kg bag of rice and carry it from point A to point B u getting a hell lot of a work out.
Simple routines with gymnastic rings is more than enuff.

I've trained people with just a play ground, as long as you get your principles right.. the rest will follow.
Now I'm training my friend who is a wing chun practitioner and all he does is 100 bw squats.. it killed him after 50..he pushed on to 100 and collapsed.

If we have a chance to meet ill show you a simple routine u can do as a circuit or strength training.
Exercising is not about how much energy you exhaust but how efficient your body is to take on new stimulus and handle it.

I guess it depends on your goals. For me, I like sculpting exercises. Pilates on a reformer increases flexibility as well as muscle awareness. Trx for strength and cardio for the heart. I work for tone and define muscles instead of building big and bulky ones. I crave for muscle soreness after a good workout. TRX and BOSU does that to me. Every single time.

If I train like you said, I'll probably have thunder thigh, droopy shoulders and big arms. Nothing wrong but it's not what I want.

Of course if we just want to exhaust energy there's better way than carrying rice, you can have sexercise for 10 hours a day. Definitely more enjoyable.

Maybe we can swap our routines?
