- clarify all doubts with the FL/OKT before booking. you are the customer so that is your right.
- during the appointment, you can always reject the FL if she is not your type. by the way, be a gentleman and pay the rejection fee. there is no need to feel bad, shy or even bitter about it, unless you were provided misleading information beforehand.
