Deadlift, jumping squat, upright row, power clean can be combined into a circuit with no rests in between,5 sets of 6 reps each.

You don't have to do heavy, just start with an empty bar and work upwards as you get stronger. This works your entire core like a cardio and just feel your body from this. Best part, this finish in 30mins.

This is a full body exercise, u can do this every alternate day. The other days are for cardio.

I usually do 1 weights and 1 cardio class.... or a cardio and yoga n pilates class. Can bo?

Currently I think my buns and thigh are fine... Arms need to be refine and abs too.... Don't know if I want the pacs thou....
