any bros know what is going on with management at ibar? My friends sent the 3 going back today to the airport but apparently they could not leave as they were not paid. Their agent came down to the apartment and was trying to call the boss with the 3 girls for a good 3 hours till they had to miss their flight. Then no choice my friend had to put them up at a hotel cause there are new girls arriving. One of them actually cried like crazy. The 2 agents kept calling and calling till one of them actually phone died. Friend pitied them so offered to pay their hotel for the night. Not sure if the agent paid or he paid. Thought ibar is back to smooth sailing.....how come still got payment issues? Really unfair to the girls....as i also mentioned in another thread with regards to another girl from another pub. They are here to work, its really unfair to them to be taken advantaged of. Anyway, happy cheonging guys. Will be going down with my pals to check out the new batch.....as soon as my friends "duty" with one of the 3 is done....Cheers!

ok lah but must check whether zun or not.. sometimes got slimy agents also but you should know better than me lah..

I only heard one side of the story. My friends were just frustrated cause they dun know what is going on. They only know they were looking for "boss". Who is that nobody knows. I just think its unfair to the girls. Just like two bros mentioned in this thread and the icon one, agents can be pretty slimy. Not paying when the girls are going back? Or like in the other thread scolding the girls when they dun do enough drinks until the girl cried and wanted to go back? Please...i have cheonged TD, Td2, impact and all that for the longest time. The girls want drinks more than the bosses or agents do. They are only here for two weeks and they also want to make all they can before they go back. Just think its unreasonable to push them too hard if they already tried. Just my two cents worth.

Points? i not very sure bro....i have never really monitored my points! I was really active when it was the delphi forums along with other "thai" bros.That was like 4 years ago.(aaron, winston, boh and co if u are reading this please drop me a pm) Now not so active. I only go along with friends who always seem to have this target or another. I have lived in LOS so long that i am quite immune to their so called charms.Just think with so many joints and competition, ultimately the girls suffer as all the joints start competing and girls get reprimanded for not doing well. Sometimes really pity them. Oh well....we can only help that many...although my buddy thinks that he can save the whole thai female coyote population! Cheers!

Unfortunately, that's how the dice rolls.. with supply chain -with us as mere customers. Not that we personally endorse such, but neither can we be some knights in shining armour.

Seen, heard worse. Example, many pinoys plying tg pagar and OT are on a tight noose on LDs to pay off "credit" (aka loan). After paying off this and bear own accomodation, transport and even "exit" (visa runs to msia).. they are out of pocket. Unless she's savvy, many return home with nothing much to show for their stint here. Even 1 tg FL here had to cough up daily $30 to make appearance at some night spots in their "turf" over at OT.

So much for promised land, and not doing sums right (kena enticed). Work hard yes, but for who?

There are always black sheep..... I know alot of the girls from TD1, TD2 etc. For example TD1 if you dun make 70 drinks in a week you will be sent back. But listening to one of the girls sometimes its almost impossible cause lack of customers. But management (or agent) does not take that into account. Impact also got stories that they have to make a specific amount to get paid and if they are sick and dun go to work must deduct money. They drink so much everynight, bound to have people fall sick what! Anyway, what i ws pointing out was the girls plight. If the bosses paid the agent and the agent did not pay then they should be shot. If the bosses did not pay, the agent should pay the girls first or at least arrange something for them....But sadly not the case. Hear so many stories from the girls that decide its best not to know. Might end up like my buddy and decide to be their knight in shining armour!!! Few years ago maybe....not anymore!

In ICon, There are new girls crying everynite.. Complaining abt the joint.. saying tat they are very stressed into LD.. One of them was crying and wanting to go home.. They were pressured to push 20 LDs daily.. But that poor girl only had 16 yest...
