Fyi, if i go to los and retire wif a typical sg mentality, thinking tt the Cs are a must to keep my ego intact, for sure i cant adapt. But i learn their language and willing to drop my ego and assimilate into their lifestyle, why i cant be content?

Even in sg , got ppl backstabbing each other, so how i manage them? Do pr but dont be close to them. Its how u manage lol....

U are just giving yourself an excuse to blame to govt for being a low income person. In SG everyone is entitled to study and every tom dick henry pays the same school fee. End of education, it is u, yourself make most out of it. In this world, the fittest survives n this applies to animal kingdom and SG. Everyone has the equal rights to achieve his career, his life. End of the day, the poor, the less fortunate, the lazy will always blame the govt, but these ppl dun look at themselves why my classmate is doing so well n yet, I am fighting to live day by day..

Without an united govt, 1 party, SG will not be what it is now.... For a new nation, an united govt with a good leader is important, he will lead a country to a right direction, with multiple parties in a new country, this country will not grow. Look the countries in our region, no 1 country has a united govt like us and what are they now??? They are bigger than SG, more resources than SG but....... I do believe once a country is mature, there should be multiple parties to give different voices, which SG is in this stage now.

A ger which u deem is good, might not be good at the end else lawyer won't be counting money dealing with divorce case every days in Thailand. U ought to check out the divorce rates in Thailand. Almost end of my 1000 words. Thailand is a shit country if u live long. First of all, the education is crap, it is only suitable for local company. MNC, foreign companies prefer oversea grad. U will want to send your kid oversea to study... your ger/daughter will worry taking taxi, bike, tuk tuk or walk alone in the night. U won't know when your kid going to take drug... the list goes on..... so many shits......

Oh ya and pls dun assume u get degree can get good job, luck and other factors plae a part too. But there is so much ppl who can hit high income lvl, so dun give me pr answers telling me you can make it. Everyone fights for his own survival. This is the real world. U can't depend on others to help u. I been away from SG for about 10 yrs. I stayed in Jakarta, Hanoi, Bangkok and now Phnom Penh. I know the shits in these countries. End of the day, I still want my family to be in SG. At least, I know in SG, my kids will have good basic education and good they are safe.
