This is the sister stall at serangoon central Blk 204 coffee shop (opposite Nex) AH SENG BRAISED DUCK RICE, one of the famous Braised Duck stall in Singapore, the brother stall is at serangoon garden hawker centre. The coffee shop here is clean and comfortable to enjoy the food, big car park. I paid $4 for rice, duck meat with liver, cum with soup free. PS: the chilli with garlic made the food more siok. Enjoy
