I have this stupid "Lou Zeng" problem very often.

It will without fail lead to severe tension headache in me. I resort to taking muscle relaxants often. Did u have tension headache problem as a result of "Lou Zeng'?

Happy that Wen Wen knows have to relieve this problem. Hope to RTM soon. However, with limited time and finance, I'm split between visiting Wen Wen, the massage master, or Rita, the female manhood therapist.

Thanks for your concern. My work nature & posture inevitably contribute to my neck and back problems while my study aggravates them.

You're quite right. Accelerated, degenerative, cervical & hereditary conditions. One TCM doc told me my state of health is double my age at 60 plus while a GP told me I'll have spike(s) in my neck within the next 9 years.
Now I can only fire-fight.

If you aware that posture may be problem then you can consult physiotherapist or occupational therapist to help you being productive without perosnal injury.

Osteophytyes(spikes) takes time to form and you still have time to stop it happening.

Whenever i kana "Lou Zheng", i will have stiff neck for at least 3-5 days. I didn have tension headache problem as a result of "Lou Zheng".

"Lou Zheng" means not having a correct sleeping posture on the pillow during sleeping time. eg. the BIG head is place at an awkward position on the pillow during sleep causing neck stiffness. Hope it is clear enuf. Dun zap me if it is still unclear.

FYI, while normal people's neck curves back, mine is already straightened like a ruler as seen from my X-rays.

Will seek professional help when I have the time and money.

BTW, last time Wen Wen cracked a funny joke to me. She said, "When you are busy, miss your wife. When you are free, miss me." Hahaha. She's quite a joker. If already busy and preoccupied, how to miss anybody?

brother, you cannot rely on her massage to temporary solve your problem. There will be a day where you hit the threshold and have your neck broken. Okay, I am just exagerating a bit hehe....

Look for a reliable TCM doctor and he/she should be able to give you advice for long term maintenance of your health. I would recommend this guy at Rocher Center called MinH Kang. If you can't find the contact number in yellowpages, do PM me. When I visited him, i do not even need to tell him what is my problem, he just put his fingers on my palms' pulse point, and told me what I like to eat, what I eat too much, what is my problems like which part is aching etc.

I'm yet to try out Wenwen's power hehe...so can't really compare everything. I'm the type who like to try out any type of good treatment, except paid sex hehe....like that can do comparison mah....coz I do not believe these:
1.there is no 1 magical pill that can cure 100% of the population, no matter what, there will be some little percentage of people who just can't benefit from this magic pill but others.
2.Same theory as 1, but apply to therapists

I'm not sure of what is "a condition of loss of cervical lordosis". My x-ray report states "cervical spondylosis". Are they the same? I was told that due to the loss of curvature, my neck muscles are stretched and hardened. My work & study made the stiffness worse. Thus, have stiff neck problem and tension headache. Lately I have sudden splitting headache that momentarily immobilised me. You know of the latter condition? Signs of impending stroke?

Can you PM contacts of good orthopaedic surgeons? Many thanks

I think if after trying a few times of massage or TCM and condition persists, they should go for proper medical help.

Hi Bro heatingup,

Loss of lordosis is the description of the x-ray image and spondylosis is the condition supposedly you are suffering now.
I think the treatment is quite standard, but if you go directly to Pte surgeons will cost you quite a bit, may be can go and present your condition to polyclinic and let them refer you to one of the major hospitals for treatment.
