-Depends on how much of the house is already paid off.
-Nope, because my friend has extra Singtel vouchers. Sorry. No one was lucky.

-Yes, if bungalow, I prefer as close to central as possible... Newton, Holland, East Coast, Sentosa, Thompson, etc. I don't prefer Kembangan or Upp Bukit Timah- so damn far from everywhere else!
