oh a strong core definitely helps. a strong core helps with everything haha.

but yeah, kettle bell swings will do a lot. they improve your grip strength too. ^^. good for training your hands to give good massages.

This is called the 'plank'. We do this alot (with clothes on) in pilates, and it's the most basic one as well. Need a lot of core muscles to sustain this posture.

The only gym that came close was fitness first, which has the first 2 BUT only the MBSC outlet!! Too far for me....

Preferably somewhere in Holland or Bukit Timah area.
