First timer there at sansan but gate at level1 seems to be locked.
No door bell, only saw the letter box of sansan's. Any advise?

The gate at lvl 1 is locked... there is a doorbell. Oh shit, just cannot remember the location of the switch but definitely its there. Ring her bell and she'll let you in
