Foreword: Dear All - I have nothing but the utmost respect for all religions and faith. My post below is not meant to offend anyone in any way, shape or form nor to enter into an intellectual debate with anyone.

TS, I think the 1st thing is to remember that wanting sex isn’t bad in and of itself cos sex can be a powerful experience of union and love. We are human and part of being human is being a sexual person and we are attracted to other people, have romantic feelings and sexual urges.

It’s about the choice we make. I am sure there are lots of married and in committed relationships samsters here. However just because we are married doesn’t mean we don’t find another person attractive or have great chemistry with someone. In fact married people might even “fall in love” with someone else, but we will have to make a choice to act or not act upon these natural, sexual feelings and urges.

We are human and if we lose the capacity to fall in love, then we lose the ability to truly open our hearts, to the people with whom we live and love among other things in this beautiful creation of life. As a being with emotions, we have to acknowledge to ourselves any sexual urge we may have and not bury it as if it’s not there (cos this is very hypocrite). We just have to find ways to deal with it and make a choice!
