Sexual Harrasment in Workplace

I had my luck on mid 20s sales person from my supplier competitor, she was trying her best to make me change supplier knowing that our contract with the original supplier is expiring.
We met up in my office, few lunch appointments and FJ in my office after about 3 weeks. And the best thing is I only get the FJ when the contract was signed. But she maintain good customer relationship and follow up well, few more FJ when we have complaints on the shipments.
Think its open secret, and willing parties...
And I intro more clients to her too.
She is the Sales manager of her co now, dealing with big clients now, but she still contact me for coffee when she is near my office.

She was often sexually harassed by big clients, e.g. Director of such and such company. There was once she was told to go into a director office, the director turn-down the blind, closed the door and started to grope her everywhere. She struggled but somehow managed to released herself.

There is another company event, to celebrate smgth, whereby another director of a convention centre (not so good to name it here), were having fun in a club house with my friend and her col. Pouring hard liquor for the girl to drink, pay them $$ for every cup drank until the girl collapse and proceed to next stage...

Really sick to hear all this. Done by dirty rich man who just misused their power to harass young girl. Of course some are willing party too.
