Sometimes I just go in and bath and just charge my hand phone plus read before heading down to the other appt

Can tiao ka in shorts and tee and lepak there plus free flow drinks.

How come mine is $145/month?

I thought I'm the only one who will just go in there for sauna/steam bath then go for other appointment. Lol.

One George Street, Maple Tree City, Capital Tower and Fusionopolis also has pools.. Personally I like the pools at Maple Tree City and Capital Tower.

More on trimming down overall body fats, tone up.

Three times a week (at home normally 8pm onwards)
- dumbbell press
- dumbbell pull, not sure about the term ... erh like laying on the bench and lift the dumbbell over head and pull back
- Abs training
- Kettlebell ball, my favourite, 4 rounds of different workout x 10sets
- run 5 to 6 km
- drink two cans of beer and sleep

Weekend (Sunday)
- 10km run in the morning

Tanning every week to look leaner

Bro, I believe the word u are looking for is dumbbell flys. Can be done incline, flat or decline.

Personally, I find bench press good for mass while flys provides definition.

Been doing bench press & other upper body exercises.... Quite hard for me considering my size.... & my friends suggested that I should not use moderate weights as it doesnt really help me....
