CCTV yes sounds incredible.. Well, with some authority you will be shown. So I choose higher end place where I knw people.. And can buy some strings.

As for me, honestly. I kpkb cos I was pissed. Imagine I end up running after her with towel around me, or imagine I running out naked to chase her, and I end up on newspaper. Mati. Then you all will think different ma?

She is 21 liao, no more young girl. She use to be a FL for awhile, and wanted to change. So she changed to cheating. You guys who pity her, I understand, you guys pity her cos she apologised. But have u guys thought of my feelings when I spend whole nite trying to locate her, sms her, called her, call help, ask help, being helpped? Even after I sms her telling her to returned.

There is no element of black mail her, cos I did not ask for anything in return to forget.

My honest thinking is simple. I can choose not to let her family knw. But she will go unpunished and do it again? Or will she laugh at me..

U see she posted 1 time 2 time apologise and lost liao, she dun give a dame. PRoberly she is at some xmas eve count down party..

Well for this I have no comments to forgive or to hand over.

I don't usually post in the forums but here's my 2cents worth.

If you intended to pursue all the way right from the beginning, it is your prerogative. However you did promise the girl that if she did return the money you would forgive her.

I believe that as a man, you should not go back on your words.

Right now instead of keeping to your word, you want to speak to her family and have thoughts on continuing to pursue the matter.

This situation is not similar to fighting or petty theft where you can just tell ones parents that their child is a SB. How would it feel if someone went to talk to your parents that you are looking for SB or frequent chickens?

I say if you are a man, hold true to your words and if you really feel "justice" must be brought upon what happened, keep it between you and her, do not involve others family.

The puzzling things in this story:

1) TS claimed he's well connected so he went to a hotel that he has connections
2) TS claimed he is someone with "AUTHORITY" tats Y the cctv footage was shown to him
3) TS claimed he has made a police report meaning case file opened
4) Girl says sorry & returned the money
5) TS say case close

The above summarised version of everything also shows. If u r a person wif authority, wud u go thru the trouble of getting ur own self into unnecessary trouble?
Wud u even go to security to let them show u the cctv footage which will in turn 110% make urself the talk of the town?
A police report was made n bcos she said solly, case closed? WOW TS must be someone of real HIGH authority to just tell SPF "OK, CLOSE CASE, SHE SAY SOLLY TO ME LIAO!"

Actually, the way u sell urself & the way u handled the situation, imho, u already showed wat kind of person u r. Cases like these wif folks of AUTHORITY has been on the news lately u noe.

Actually bro, if he is really someone in high authority or has connections + he " kum Ching ho" with the people some things can be solved very quickly.

Had my wallet stolen once, pulled some strings (pretty high up), within 24h caught the fella when he was trying to use my cc. I was asked (off record), private settlement and close case or pursue.

Another time My car got hit and run at shopping mall carpark, decided just let police do their thing, spent an entire day with them, they told me CCTV too much to review and asked me to get my lawyer to settle for me but report is filed and will be followed up. I didn't bother with the lawyer and didn't want to pull strings for a small matter. It's been a few years and no follow up.

The only thing that bothers me is that he wants to involve others in a matter between him and the SB.

I think if u recd the letter they sent you, they asked u to refer the matter to a magistrate for them to decide if to or not to pursue the case. Cases like these, they feel it doesn't warrant their time n effort ba

I never received any letter. Was at the mall with them and told to wait outside the CCTV room. Wait damn long, they told me too much to review and for me to follow them to station, write one report and they told me to get my lawyer to expedite, otherwise case is filed and will be followed up. Never heard from them again. Suck thumb own self repair.
