Y r u spreading fear? I dun see any good reason they will do that, unless u r caught having sex inside the room. Then u will be charge for indecent exposure. i was driving back home one night while talking on the phone. i happened to have just taken off the earpiece as i couldnt hear clearly and was holding on to the phone with one hand. it just happened that as i turned, a police vehicle was right infront of me. the policemen then signaled me to slow down and stop. there was a lambo parked infront of me and they were settling some matters with the lambo's driver.

my details were taken down and just as the policeman asked his officer what to do with my case, the officer said "never mind lah, just issue him verbal warning". i got off scot free.

if they were to pursue my case, they would have to forward it to the traffic police as the case is out of their jurisdiction and that means more work for them. i was calm, polite and cooperative. if they wanted to fuck me over, they could.

it is the same as being caught by anti vice in the scenario you've mentioned. they are not there to get you. they are there to crack down on illegal prostitutes. therefore, stay calm, polite and cooperative. the stories you've heard of them detaining customers, calling up next of kin etc are most probably some guys who tried to get too smart and give them attitude problem. they are just trying to do their job, so cooperate and move on from there. alternatively - just go for the legal ones if you really want to chiong?

Hi guys, dunno if this count as being caught.

A ktv i went to got raided a few years ago.
They locked down the whole place and turn on the lights. My gal was seated on top of me & I was sucking her tits when it happened. The gal immediately jumped off me when the lights turned on. So what happened after that?

I acted quite calm though I still feel a bit kan chiong as first time kenna this kind of thing. So we just waited in the room and the gal got escorted out.

When the police come around, he asked for my IC and proceeded to take down my statements. I basically answered the questions as truthfully as I can.

He asked me what I am doing here, how I know the gal, what I am doing with her, do i know how this place function etc. I just told him I come here sing song, got to know the gal while I was here, not the first time we met, was getting frisky with her, know her name but dunno her so well, kind of know this place must take care of the gal etc.

In short, I cooperated but I didnt give the distinct information that this gal is a prostitute. I dun wanna get the gal into trouble but I was not denying she may be out to earn money as well. The police officer didnt threaten to call my next of kin etc but if he does threaten & he want me to be more explicit about the gal, I may have given more details. But I do know my rights, even if they need a bailor, I can ask anyone or my lawyer. I dont think they can specify who comes to bail you. I am UNSURE abt this point though. (Any bros know?)

But at that time, I wasnt married, so I was not so scared. Now with the financial ruins at stake in a divorce for a Sgp man, I may be more worried.

But i did speak to a casual fren who was in the police force, he said that even if the gal is sucking your cock when the police barge in, they will still not take any action against the guy.

Btw prostitution is not illegal in Sgp, soliciting is illegal though. And of cos if u r on social visit pass, u are not supposed to work etc.

Anyway on that same nite of the ktv raid, the police let us go off earlier than the other rooms once he had taken our statements. But there was an Ah Beng who looks like he got nothing to lose kind, was quite guai lan and challenge the police saying the gal is his gal fren and he come here to drink... cannot is it???

He was loud and cocky, willing to stick his neck out to protect the gal. Heard he gotta follow the police back to the station to take further statements and he bail the gal out. So guess besides a lot of inconvenience, nothing happened to him too.

In fact, the gal will be so grateful she wasnt deported that she will fuck him for free!

My gal was strangely not deported too becoz I saw her again at another location. But I didnt really speak to her and have lost contact since.

Guess we gotta know our rights and be cool about it. Cooperate if you can and you shd be fine. Bang safe guys!

Basically it all depend on the situation so I supposed there are some options to adopt:

1. Stay calm and polite and cross fingers that they won't haul your sorry ass back to station and call OC come bail you.

2. Cry like a baby and plead for them to let you off promising you will never step foot in such joints ever.

3. Act siao while they are collecting ICs, you suddenly do a gangnam style routine with music mtv playing in your mind hoping that will stun them and try to get away.

4. Shove 50 bucks and wink while tilting your head towards the nearest exit.

5. Jump through window and pray for the best.
