from my personal observations at the airport
i think age is also another important factor
milfs prcs have a higher success rate at gaining entry at the changi airport
as compared to syts prcs
milfs prcs are genareally regarded as more mature and seen more as bona fide or geniune visitors
young prc girls are often cast in a negative light by the ica officers
and are often rejected entry at the airport

I have been wondering there is a quota fixed by the ICA of the number of PRC, Vietname, Thai... females allowed on this island. When an young lady, e.g. PRC, stays on this island for 1-2 month long on a social pass, her intention is very obvious. Still the ICA keeps one eye closed without further investigation, and lets her in and out in her next trip.

My guess is it is the ICA intention to keep our play ground filthy, of course, with appropriate control. Any refusal of entrance is merely based on luck and depends if is there any special event going on here which Singapore needs to project a "clean" image, e.g. SEA Games, GE, etc.
