Basically bak you po can be found in many local hawker delights like fried kway tiao, fried prawn mee, fishball or bah chor mee and prawn mee soup etc etc.

Over the years, I have tasted many yummy bak you po before and no doubt they are indeed very nice. It usually comes in small bite size or thin strips like the one at Crawford Lane bah chor mee.

However, the reason why that particular stall attracts me is that their crispy bak you po/ pig skin is about 2cm by 1cm a piece. It brings a satisfying smile to me naturally with a "wahhh, super yummy" feel whenever I eat it.

This Bak You Po was always my all time favourite.Used to ask

my wife to buy the all fatty pork and cook it at home.But pls.

after consume,must go with any type of chinese tea.
