Unless you are familiar with the condo, you would not know whether got lady chairman, security guards, CCTV or noisy neighbours; unless you have been to the particular condo before. HDB these days are very dangerous too.

I always use google street map to take a look around the place before confirming... Better be save...

True that hard to tell if the condos mgmt got so on or not to check cctv frequently for "guests". Better play it safe.
For now think lots of aunties in condo mgmt might be doing screening.
Maybe the uncles in the mgmt also screening so they know which gem staying in their backyard.

Condo not safe, HDB also not safe any more as more and more HDB blocks installed with CCTV.even the old estates.

Condo if no security guard maybe still ok. Now if I know FL is at HDB I will never go. Play safe then sorry.

I do not want my face splashed all over the newspaper and confirmed gone case for me. You never know if TNP is stalking at one corner ready to snap your pic!!
