I can across an ML saying that she has a target set by the boos to meet and she also has set her personnel target. In a day she is serving atleast 10 customers and the shop makes $50 * 10 = $500 and she makes $50 * 10 = $500. She is off only two days in a month. THis is just what she earns from the shop. I am sure they contact the customers and go out as well. So why would they want to give free service.
If anybody is getting free service - it is damn good.
In fact now a days the MLs tell that the boss force them to buy the latest phone (dont know why) and that they are hard up for money and try to see if you can be generous to them, at that time they say not much customers etc, etc. After few days you see them telling you that they are too busy and have 10 customers a day and they are tired.
If they do free service they loose $500 per day. Especially if they are SYT, sure they can make more outside as well.

Some MLs rub a bit only and talk cock story and make you feel for them and finally dint do anything for4 you, if you are soft hearted and you end up giving money even when no service is done. This is what happened to me, this was when they are new, once I go there regular and they get my friends and more customers and other customers who are nasty and who look like ( I dont know how to say) they dump us even if I had paid a lot as tip for no service being done. No matter what pretty you are, if you have no feelings, no service, no massage but talk only stories what is the use. You go there either to relax and get service or a good massage - being pretty but nothing else and I pay for that, I might as well see more SYT beautiful pictures online.
