You need to renovate the place, AV equipment, furniture, decoration, etc.
For the music you need to buy licenses. Hire cook, bar tender, waiters, bouncer... and most importantly many many many chio bu.
Some more you need to pay money to the triad every month to look after the place....

I doubt $200K is enough.

Profit i am not sure. What you have stated is right. It is seldom empty maybe only on Sunday when girls are low.

Girls if they are hired by the company, WP or SP. They have to pay the company a minimum amount of 10k for the permit. Company will take money from the girls' tips each day normally after 4k, the girls has their own money.

With a ktv of 20 rooms, you are looking at 400k and up. That will include renovation, take over fee and all other stuff required.

Alittle curious on the ktv girls source so i asked around,

Girls got 2 kind.

Knock door one= meaning they pay the company $20 and come in.

Company based one= cannot st or lt until after work as linked to company

Company based girls: You can get the mummy to bring in, comission by per head or you can get agents from overseas to bring in.
