I am a smoker too... very hard to quit... the longest is 1 year.

BAN Ciger belived can help only(but believe it will never happen).

Yes, i trying to quit. So expensive lol. 1 day 1 packet, spend $9.80 , 1 month $300 , 1 year $3600. pay so much and it harm my health also, not worth it.
