Unless you are really in the mood and really garang enough to go QC those un-tested FL, otherwise you should just play safe and bonk those who were already QC-ed by fellow samsters. Because if after reading a few FRs and if the feedbacks are generally OK, then i believe that the service that you can expect from the QC-ed FL will at least be within your expection. Just my 2 cents of opinion.
