My personal idea only, u may like to try?
Stay at Hotel 89, there is gym and massage facility at level 3. It is situated at the Nagoya town, yet away from the "Red Light District". The massage at the hotel is mean for unisex, alot of korean tourists here for the massage, the are a few more massage place around BCS shopping which is meant for unisex as well. Ladies can shop at BCS shopping mall, which is only behind the hotel, approx 8min walk, or can take a taxi, about 5min, to the new Nagoya Shopping Mall, guys can shop for eye contact there with cewek as well, hehhehe. Of course ladies can shop and watch movie lah..... When the night comes, juz proceed to downstair, there is a Pub name "Groove" with live band, all ladies and guys can start to drink and ttss there about 2030hr, till the ladies are tired, you guys can slowly retreat and take a taxi to pacific for "Fishing" liao. Btw, pacific only start to get crowd around 2330hrs, and open till about 5am, so you guys have plenty time to ensure your ladies colleague are tired and back to rest after the section at Groove, then you guys can proceed out of hotel to Pacific lah. Your ideas are very good, but with the hotel, I don't think it will beat the comfort and better images of either Novotel if swimming pool is required, if not then the Grand Majesty Hotel because the nite club there, BRIX (currently the hottest live band nite club in Batam) is definitely much better then Groove which is more suitable for the local crowd.
As for shopping malls, massage spas, "hunting joints", Disco ect, it doesn't really make much differences for as long as you are staying in Hotels within town, every point A to point B is a maximum of 15-20 mins drive...
