I have similar experience before...we got closed to each other...some we go the the extreme and some we just went for lunch, hold hands and kiss kiss a bit....very soon the extreme one were gone. But I do still have a couple who still have lunch together...hug a bit when she needed them after she confined to me about her family issues...
But if you really want to go into a serious rs with her maybe you have to think again cause will she be willing go get out of her marriage and leave her 2 kids to go with you.
After that will you two be able to stand the gossip from your colleagues ?

Bro, been there and won't recommend it. Its always better to stay as close friends (that can chill out of work, have a drink, talk about anything) than to get into something complicated (which usually is irreversible). No one should experience the pain of the "breakup" and have to act as normal infront of the rest, while hurting inside. Even after the "breakup", it still takes time to walk out and not think about it. JUST DON'T DO IT.
