3. Your kids education

we can't make your current state of things look better but do know it can do a lot worse. You are caught here since it wasn't planned for.

Bite the bullet and build towards planning those scenarios in for your future and be thankful you can still breathe

4kids.. earning 2k before cpf. wife doing home biz earn only for her expenses(1-2k). i monthly have to even get from her to cover.. 10k is a dream to us. I dont chiong at all. living in sillypore really terrible for us

They dun need 15 yrs annual income in fd to get mortgage. N they pay over decades.

They also dun have million dollar cash jus becos they own a million dollar valued property. If they sell, nt likely they can get net million dollar cash
