I call up Casa yesterday to ask for Snow's earliest available time slot. The nasty recept checked for a few seconds and SHOUTED LOUDLY in an arrogant manner, "SIXXXX.... O'CLOCK!" I felt her being rude, so just hang up!

actually i used to be a regular at Casa for almost 2 yrs now... but lately i feel the attitude of the recep, both young & old, is a tad too much...they seem to treat us customers as if we are there for free or sometihng...!!

once i called to book Star, the recep even asked if I confirm coming cos 'lately alot of customers never turn up'....she even got the cheek to ask for my mobile so that she can call closer to my slot to check if i'm still coming...

c'mon man...what kind of service is this ?? and also this is one HC where they are soooooo strict on timing ...sometimes even 5-10 mins past time also need to pay extra...but they dun realise the gals most of the time come into the room lmost 5-1o mins past our booking time also...

Be a bit more flexile lah.....casa is not the only HC with good stuff man!!

Once as I was about to leave after telling my masseuse that I'd pay her via ATM, the recep tried to detain me and said I hadn't paid the girl yet. I thought it was very kan cheong and kind of rude, especially since I was on my way to the counter to use my ATM card!


Later I heard from the masseuse that customers sometimes use ATM as an excuse to siam paying the girl first, so that they can sneak off without paying.

This is no excuse for her rudeness of course, but at least there is a reason.

Not only about her attitude problem, but her management problem as well. My last trip to Casa was quite an embarrsing moment. Got here on time, the nasty old bitch gave me a room number, it was no. 3 i still remember. When i opened the door, i saw a naked man lying on the matress, gal inside bathing. WTF i thot, did i get the right room no.? I went to confirm the room no. again and she said to me, still got people inside huh, i gave you another room loh.

Eventually i got my room no. and my gal told me this happens quite common here.

There was once when I went Casanova just for a simple massage and the gal was late for around 7 mins and guess what, I was out of the room in 20 mins time counting from the very minute I step into the room.

It's not Star not to my liking. When Star came in, she sat on top of me. I thought was Sky as it was the 1st time. Then when as the name, was surprise was Star.
