I went into kitchen and see what she had purchased .

I went thru the shiong shiong plastic bags and say

" soup? "

She shakes her head .

" Italian ? Ok,let's do pasta together plus langostino with cheese filling wrap with bacon.

"Shell the middle part of the prawn leave the head and tail behind . Clean and devain the prawn . Cut open the centre part of the prawn for the cheese filling to inserted later. Season with black pepper, no salt. Set aside."

"Used mozzarella and cheddar cheese ... Grated them and mix them together in a bowl. Set side ."

"Used back becon only , as we need the thickness to hold the cheese filling stuff Inisde the prawn. Dip beacon in a bowl of hot water to remove some of salt content. Dip and remove, not soak. Used kitchen towel to dry them up. Set aside."

"Fill centre of prawn will mix cheese , used the bacon to wrap on the centre part of the prawn to hold the cheese contents into place. Exposing only the head and tail. Used toothpick to hold beacon In place. "

Heat non stick pan, No oil. Becon oil will ooze out later Cook both sides of prawns , remove when half cook set on plate.

Bring water to boil, add salt. Put pasta . Remove when is about to cook ,with still a bit of firmness . Drain of water. Set aside.

Two egg yolks, half cup cream , half tea spoon butter. Whisk all together in bowl. ( sauce for pasta)

Heat another pan , when warm throw in two hand full of pasta, keep tossing the pan around , remove water content . Add olive oil keep moving the pan to Coat pasta with oil.

Take plate with prawns set it to microwave 3 mins high heat.

Plate the hot pasta on two plates . 3 mins ups take out prawn by now the cheese would have melt . Use thongs place next to pasta. Put the egg yolk sauce on the pasta NOT. Prawn . Put more grated chesse as desired. Season with prefer seasoning. Served !

Evonne was busy writing down all the instructions I am telling her.

I wash up a bit and asked her.... " so how next time you repeat the same thing and cook for me"
