Maybe you should ask your friend to show you the land title deed with his name on it. There is a book in Borders which tells you everything about owning land in Thailand and legally it is not possible for a foreigner to own land in Thailand with a 100% stake.

I have seen many many many Thai Divorcees in Golden Mile. After getting their PR status, they divorce. I also seen people marrying thai gros happily. I mean they are happy, who isn't. After having kids, the quarrels starts.
Marrying a thai girl is so easy. But maintaining the marriage is the hardest. Maybe must ask forummers to interact more with thai ladies in Golden Mile and ask them why many of them are divorced.

****Anyway for those who think GROs come singapore because they are finding love, feel free and go all out and chase after their heart. No one is stopping anyone.

Yesterday, went back to TD2 for the 1st time in nearly 5 weeks. The crowd is really big and I waited nearly 2 hrs for a pair of Puyings to come to my friend and me. Ha ha, 1st time it ever happened, take so long but I think that the crowd is too big hence my "carrot head" look is not enough to attract puyings, he he . My friend was mesmerized by the girl who claims to be on her 1st trip to Singapore and bought her many LD unwittingly while my is also a new bird, bought her only 8 LDs, 1st time ever so little drinks. They claims to come in only on Tuesday hence this is their 1st working day. Maybe being new, she stay with me for the whole night. IMHO, this batch of GROs quality is not very nice.

Too long never come to TD2 hence no discount for my bottle was offered to me, so pissed off but in the end, got my discount after another good friend spoke to someone

The band is as usual rocking solid.

Later went hunting at TD1, saw a few old birds GROs and quickly siam them, he he. Wish to follow my 2 new principles.

Singapore Divorce rate is high. But the number of Thai Divorcees are even higher if not as high as Singapore Divorcees.

Food for thought. Why do people marry and divorce so easily? Because over the years, girls get more educated and as the country develops, girls become more self-dependent and could come out society and get a job easily. They are no longer so dependent on men. It's not like in the past. A lot of thai girls in SG are found working in massage parlours in SG and eateries. many of them are divorcees.
