What bro GG say is true. Depends on budget. Actually for cheonging, Federal may no be a bad idea since Deluxe is just downstairs. Rates from RM230 per shot upwards with a RM500 model available as well. Not sure about quality since I haven't tried it out. Yet.

Bro "Labbit" stays in Hotel Capitol (I think), which is nearby Federal.

If you're planning to live it up, you can try the Westin. The Dorsett is just behind the Westin, next to the Ritz-Carlton. Although the Westin uses a key card to access the lifts, me and a buddy still managed to bring some WLs up. But kind of risky since the lifts are all the way at the front of the lobby, so it will be pretty embarassing if kena stopped. The Marriott is just next door and Park Royal and Melia are just round the corner.
