I heard in TCM theory that once you reach over 30, its better to 'conserve' your yang and have sex maybe 2-3 times a week and not everyday. PCC also not advisable as its shooting blanks. Higher level practioners have sex regularly but without ejaculation.
For me work takes a toll at times. Free time is split between personal time for hobbies (music, streetfighter, film, reading, etc...) and OC (going out, having meals together, making love). Sex sometimes more often (3-4 times a week) sometimes less often (1-2 times a week). My OC prefers spontaneous combustion and not routine.

It is good and HEALTHY to have regular sex. Of course it depend on each individual. Over 50's if you can do it 2-3 times a week, it should be perfect.
Anyway, in life. Beside work, we eat, sleep and have more SEX.

I admit that i am a sex addict, but since it isn't pcc most of the time, i guess it is healthy.... Most of the time i try to just save it for my gf, but sometimes when she is outstationed or not in the mood for it, or while i am outstationed, no choice i have to look outside... If two days didn't bonk i cannot work properly...
I sometimes feel damn guilty of doing this to my gf, but if one day she eats behind my back, i have to take it as karma....
