haha, bet u dun know that when u are in LOS, each time you make a call to a Thai number using your SG hp, u are making 2 IDD Calls. 1st to SG from LOS and the 2nd from SGS to the LOS number. It happened to me before when I was with my 1st gf and go CR to see her. KNN 11 days kena $600 tot very bad liao. And for simple short conversations just find out what time her classes finishing so I can pick up from the Uni and other similarly short conversations.

U must have yak yak a lot more,

From then on, made sure I got a Thai SIM card, Pre-paid or not is not the issue.

PS: it also depends on the non-verbal communication that you put across when you speak thai to thai ladies.

Agree with you, Deli. For myself, ALL the TGs I dated are glad U I can speak well. Even for Dancer. We had spoke mostly English the 1st time we were together, but when we tried for the return journey, we spoke mainly Thai. I believe cos my Thai is better than their English, communication got better, Even for my ex-stockbroker gf, she still prefer to converse mostly in Thai despite her being able to understand literally ALL my English.

Maybe it is because we already had spent some time together, and they know what I am like.

But then, even for the TGs I may spend only 1 day or 2 (or even a few hours) with when I am in-between r/s, I also dun face the problem of them thinking I jao chu yuh yuh.

I am not saying that SC's experience is right, or that mine is, for I believe with all my heart that what he said is what he actually experienced. Just wondering why is there such a stark difference between SC's and my experiences. Has it got to do with the subject matter being discussed? Or what else could be the reasons?
