I dun think the PRC gal is holding any Work Permit as to the best of my knowledge, no PRC Gal would be allowed to work in KTV or Night Clubs (MOM's regulations).

As for your friend's encounter, just take it easy lah. (1 X BJ) + (2 X FJ) = $200 = Very Cheap liao, somemore no room charge. This is a lesson that all of us should learn, ask 1st before being asked.

now quite common liao lah... alot of agent/ headhunter help gals by using a company to apply a 'bogus' work permit for these gals, and up front they pay S$8-10k, so tat they can stay here 1-2 yrs to work in KTV/ TN / FL industry...

Scenario:

A simple transaction involving a willing buyer & a willing seller. d transaction was signed, sealed n delivered w/out payment terms. In d beginning, buyer knew tat he have to pay & seller purposely did not quote the price assuming d transaction as a common market practice. Finally, d buyer settled at a discount to d market price. CASE CLOSED. No big deal.

Question: What can he do whn he came across dis kind of nonsense thing again?

1stly, i honestly think that ur friend didn't get ripped off. 2 shots for the price of $200 was in fact quite a good deal considering she was a PRC frm XTD... please la, what ur friend expect? If he wants cheap fucks then he shld go places like desker, petain, or those $40 geylang fucks...

2ndly, even if ur friend wants to be a bastard n refuse to pay the $200, i m sure she oso lan lan. ur friend really think tat he'll kana end up in police lockup meh? she probably more scared of the police than ur friend... but my advise is never try to be bastards cos these gals really work hard to earn $ so they should be paid for their services...
