wah lao... let mid 30 bro here who had success sianing xmm intern before tell u wat to do la.

1) be attractive
2) dun be unattractive
3) stand out from the average dull guy
4) Profit.

Start dressing well. Office means long sleeve office wear right? Look sharp. Women are v superficial one. Their first impressions last. Lots of online guides on how to dress and style your hair well. Dun let your shirts and pants puff out until you look like Michelin Man. Slim fit clothes. And a nice pair of brogues.
If you have Friday or Sat dress down day.... start dressing a bit diff than your regular jeans and polo tee guy in the office. Start standing out from the normal Joe in the office.

Be cheerful and joke always. Chat with everyone in the office nearby your cubicle. This has the added benefit of creating good office relations btw.

Suggest going out for office dinn as a get-to-know-you . And ask everyone for suggestions where to eat. Talk to her more from here on. Find some common interest and start from there. Get her number etc etc.

cant stress this enough... but use deodorant or anti-perspirant. BO = instant turn-off. Follow this with a nice day cologne.
