Nope, not the same at all. Low spem count means smaller number of your sperm available each time you squirt out, and of them, very few might make it to the eggs in the end.

Low sperm count does not necessarily mean unhealthy sperm, as sometimes if the solders are strong, they can swim right up to the eggs. I think the equivalent distance to swim is around 8 to 10 miles. SO you can imagine how much hard work they do...

So chances are if they are not strong, or are unhealthy, they won't make it to the female eggs.

My recommendation is, why not increase cum quantity which will indirectly increase cum quality. For example, 2ml of cum may contains 1 millions sperm (say, low sperm count in this case). Then, can you say 150ml contains much more sperm quantity (as well as quality) than 2ml of cum?.
