tips had indeed increase to $30 instead of $20, BUT this apply to new customer only. As in, if the waiter find your face unfamiliar, he will tell you the new tips is $30, if old bird they won't say a thing. So old bird pay $20, new bird pay $30 (confirmed with those "perm staff" china gal)
