Suddenly, feeling very "sick".. so decide to drop by to see doc... Reach there, registered, but forget to mention the doc name. Proceed to respective ward no.

Shower, proceed to operation bed and lie down.
Shortly the doc come and diagnose me....

Cut it short, doc name: Axxle
Diagnose and body check up: 7 (hard working and got strength)
Using thermometer to take my body tempurature: 7
Operation: 7/10 ( talk too much during operation)
Age: MILF 30mid

Allow me to explain.

Bro with zero power can award reputation point by clicking weighing scale. The system will accept it and he would have thought he had "upz" the recipient.

However, as his power is zero, he had added zero point to the recipient... and when recipient checked his "user cp", he will see a bro "upping" him but his points remain the same. The rectangle on the left of the upz entry would be grey color (to reflect 0 point added) whereas increase of point will be green rectangle and zap will be red.

Hope this clarifies as it had contributed to misunderstandings in the past due to ignorance of how the system work.
