My guess is Lorla is working in Club Romeo on third floor. That was where I found Nook.

You can go there about 9pm. If there are ladyboys in Club Romeo they will occasionally walk or sit outside so you can see them. Some of them may even be having their dinner in one of the Thai restaurants in OT.

The only other method is through Craig list which is a lottery. My success rate on Craig list is terrible!!

yeah, LB choices are getting less nowadays.
Maybe immigration got stricter and most of them couldn't even step into Singapore?

OT used to be heaven but nowadays, there are more russians than LBs inside Club Romeo.
